In a neighborhood that was completely saturated with homes for sale, the objective for this one was obvious: how can we make this property sell as quickly as possible? After a few weeks and a little elbow grease, that goal was achieved. Not only did we succeed in selling the home, but this house was only on the market for one day and sold for the highest price per square foot in the community in the past eight years.

We knew it had to stand out. Looking around, the first thing we noticed was brown. Brown everywhere. So we decided to get a little bold, but still stick to the Spanish feel that the house was designed for, and go white. Bright white. We then complemented that with black trim and roof tiles, cleaned up the landscaping, installed some shiny new doors, and then staged it to perfection... That's it. Sometimes all it takes is a little creativity.
