MARKETING INTERN
$20/hr :: Part-time :: 10-20 hours/week
The Marketing Intern will assist in all phases of promotion and external communication for Anthony W Design and the XAWD retail products. This role is ideal for an individual proficient in social media, graphic design, and website development. This role includes opportunities to develop skills in brand building, reputation management and cross-channel promotions.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Planning, including:
Quarterly marketing plans with concepts, content schedules and retail promotions
Video concept and script development
Comprehensive retail promotions across all media (social, web, email)
Social Media Management of Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok, including:
Content creation, including scheduling of daily posts, reel/story creation & captioning.
Foster engagement with followers and potential key partners, including responding to DMs/comments as well as proactively engaging other followers/accounts
Facilitate paid partnerships
Email marketing for retail promotion (via Squarespace)
Website Maintenance in Squarespace, including:
Page edits
SEO optimization
eCommerce product additions
Reporting on site/eCommerce analytics
Adding completed projects
Our Requirements
Proven experience with social media management
Knowledge of Squarespace
Proven success promoting retail products
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and communicate briefs
Highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Dropbox and Google Applications.
Graphic Design experience for web, social and email graphics: Photoshop/Illustrator.
Knowledge of MyDoma, Houzz, Dwell, Archello, Wescover, Pinterest a plus.
Our Physical Requirements
Local to Phoenix or Arizona preferred, but not required.
Ability to work remotely.

PROJECT COORDINATor
$25/hr :: Part Time :: 10-20 Hours/Week
Project coordinators own key phases of the interior design project lifecycle and contribute to the success of Anthony W Design by supporting our entire team. This role is ideal for an individual looking to immerse themselves in all aspects of the interior design industry.
your responsibilities
Lead the product procurement for all projects including:
Sourcing, maintaining and developing the awd product database
building custom client proposals for fixtures, furnishings and finishes
ordering and tracking of products
Fulfillment of online orders for xAWD custom furniture and finishes
Support the general and production manager, including:
Developing product specs and guidelines for final deliverables
Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation
Assist with final installation & Staging
Ordering and delivery of client samples
Coordinate initial phases of interior design projects, including consultations and site visits
Ensure project schedules and timelines are met
opportunity to support marketing on social media content and website development
OUR requirements
Experience with project management and or CRM software
Proven success coordinating concurrent projects
